The board is please to announce we will begin holding quarterly check-ins at the clubhouse for any residents who wish to stay up to date on what is going on in the community. The board will present a brief informal report on its current efforts. Afterwards residents will be encourage to ask questions or provide feedback. Questions and feedback can be about any concerns you have with Caines Creek. These meeting are meant to be informational and no business will be conducted at these meetings.

Please consider registering with wordpress and following our site. Doing so allows you to receive email notifications whenever content is updated or new content is posted. This allows you as a resident to get important information in a timely manner. Also please consider registering with Volo if you have not done so already. If you don’t have the form still simply reach out to Maria Elena at PENCO management and she can get you a new form. This allows us to get updates to you promptly whenever trash is rescheduled, provide weather updates, notify you of community meeting events and meetings.
You don’t have to be an owner to register with either. Residents are welcome and encouraged to register as well!
If you have not already cast your ballot in the mail please do so. It is not too late. We have two positions running uncontested. Simply place a check next to each candidate and fill out your unit and sign to complete. This is important for our community and we hope you will take a few extra minutes to help us out.
Both positions are being filled by incumbent board members. We have every confidence in their ability and hope you do to.

The pool will open for the 2017 season on SATURDAY, MAY 27, 2017 AT NOON.
THE POOL WILL OPERATE AGAIN THIS SEASON ON A “SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK” POLICY. there will be no lifeguard on duty. POOL HOURS ARE DAILY FROM 9 AM – 9 PM. THERE IS TO BE NO SWIMMING OR ADMITTANCE TO THE POOL AREA AFTER 9 PM. PLEASE REVIEW THE ENCLOSED LIST OF POOL RULES.
PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL PERSONS USING THE POOL AREA MUST SIGN IN ON THE SHEET PROVIDED AT THE POOl as the chester county health department forms require the number of bathers to be recorded each day.

THIS CODE IS NOT TO BE SHARED WITH ANYONE NOT RESIDING IN the CAINES CREEK OR VILLAGE AT CAINES CREEK COMMUNITIES. The entry system allows you thirty (30) seconds to enter the pool after entering the code and thirty (30) seconds to exit after pushing the button to exit. The entry keypad is located on the door to the pool pump house, and the “exit” button is located on the side wall of the pump house inside the pool area.
EVERYONE’S COOPERATION IN STRICTLY COMPLYING WITH THE POOL RULES, AS WELL AS the USE OF GOOD COMMON SENSE, IS REQUIRED SO THAT ALL OWNERS, RESIDENTS, AND THEIR GUESTS MAY FULLY ENJOY THE POOL AREA!

HAVE A GREAT SUMMER!
Our clubhouse is a great amenity of our association that doesn’t always get the use it deserves. In order to maximize its use and benefit to the community we are looking to make some changes. First is a new set usage guidelines which we hope will promote more regular use and rentals for the clubhouse. Second is upgrades for those already using the clubhouse or considering usage or rental of the clubhouse. We are upgrading amenities such as the Tables & Chairs, updating the Pool Table, and adding a key-less entry system. We already installed Wifi in the clubhouse, which will be available upon request to anyone renting the clubhouse. If you have other ideas or are interested in helping organizing community events please let the board know through PENCO or the board at email@example.com.
