The Holiday party set originally for December 14th, 2019 is canceled. The board regrets that it will not be able to host the community holiday part as it originally hoped at this time.

Reminder that this coming Tuesday is our next Annual Meeting. Please attend as this is an essential part of our community. It allows us to elect board members each year, review the next years budget, the past year’s audit and generally stay informed about the community.

We prefer to see you in person, but if you cannot make it please submit your ballot to management.

There is panic throughout the nation as the dead suddenly come back to life. The film follows a group of characters who barricade themselves in an old farmhouse in an attempt to remain safe from these bloodthirsty, flesh-eating monsters.

7pm – Party at the Clubhouse

Come out and enjoy a night of family fun with us. We will have games, food and more. All are welcome, bring family and friends as well.

Horn Plumbing will be inspecting curb stops for all building in the association on Thursday, September 12, 2019.

The estimated time of work is from 9:30 am – 3:30 pm. Part of the testing during that time is to open and close the valves. As such you may be without water during the testing window. They will work to minimize the time anyone is without water, but please be prepared.

The board regrets any inconvenience this may cause, but it is necessary plumbing work that must be done.

September 4th – @ 7:00 pm

Reminder that there is an informational meeting tonight at the Clubhouse. The board will provide a general update for residents, and provide an open forum for Owner and Resident feedback.
